I have ordered a bike, why have I not received it? We will fufill all orders placed on cyclerepublic.com. Most bikes are dispatched in 10 – 15 working days from order. We will contact you when we have built your bike and send you a further communication when your bike has been dispatched.
How will I know that my bike has been dispatched? When your bike has been fully built and it is on its way to you, we’ll send you an email in which you’ll find details of how to track your order. It may take 24 hours for your tracking details to be live with Parcelforce.
I have ordered a bike and some accessories. My accessories have arrived, but my bike has not. We ship bikes and accessories separately so they will arrive at different times. Please be aware that some accessories may also arrive separately.

Returns

I wish to return an item I purchased from Cycle Republic. You should process your return has per the instructions included in your delivery. Considering Covid-19 we have extended our returns period from 30 days to 90 days.
I would like to return a cyclerepublic.com order but my DPD collection/return point is closed, what can I do? We are extending our exchange and returns policy to 90 days until further notice. This will be available on products bought in-store and online on or after 24th February 2020. We are accepting returns via Royal Mail.

Warranty

Cycle Republic Stores

What has happened to Cycle Republic stores? Cycle Republic stores closed on the 24th April 2020.
I purchased a cycle care plan at a Cycle Republic store, what are my options? If you purchased a Bike Care Plan from a Cycle Republic store, these will be honoured at your nearest Halfords. Please visit this link to find your local store.
I had a Cycle Republic REWARDS card, what does this mean for me? All offers and promotions relating to Cycle Republic Rewards have now ended.
Some Cycle Republic stores are being converted into Pure Electric stores – what is the deal? Pure Electric, the electric scooter company, is an independent company and not affiliated in any way with Cycle Republic. Pure Electric will therefore not be fulfilling any existing orders, services or discounts previously offered by Cycle Republic stores.

Finance

From the 3rd of June we are no longer accepting orders placed on V12 Finance.

I redeemed a Cyclescheme certificate at Cycle Republic. What happens when I reach the end of my hire period? Cyclescheme will contact you with your ownership options at the end of your Hire Period.
