|| With many colleagues working remotely and an increased number of calls and emails, it’s taking longer than usual for us to reply. Given the government’s guidance on key workers we’re prioritising requests where possible. Thank you for your understanding.
| I’ve ordered a bike why have I not received it?
|| Most bikes are being delivered in 10 – 15 working days from order. Please make every effort to avoid contacting us to chase your order until those 10 – 15 days have passed.
| How will I know that my bike has been dispatched?
|| When your bike has been fully built and it’s on its way to you, we’ll send you an order confirmation email in which you’ll find details of how to track your order. |
| I’ve ordered a bike and some accessories. My accessories have arrived, but my bike has not.
|| We ship bikes and accessories separately so they will arrive at different times. Please be aware that some accessories may also arrive separately. |
| I'd like to return a cyclerepublic.com order but my DPD collection/return point is closed, what can I do?
|| We are extending our exchange and returns policy to 90 days until further notice. This will be available on products bought in-store and online on or after 24th February 2020. We are accepting returns via Royal Mail. |
