We continue to accept orders on for home or work delivery.

Bike Delivery

Together with our suppliers, we are working extremely hard to build and dispatch all orders as quickly and as safely as possible.

We have responded to the situation by drastically increasing the number of colleagues working in our bike build team.

However, due to an extremely high number of orders, we have extended our standard delivery time for bikes from 5-7 working days to 10 – 15 working days.

A delivery estimate for each bike will be shown at checkout, so please do check before ordering.

Accessories, Clothing and Parts Delivery

Our standard delivery time for smaller items has been extended from 1-2 working days to 4-5 working days. Some deliveries may be delayed as we and our courier partners work through an increased number of orders.

Next day delivery on smaller items is currently unavailable.

Customer Services

Due to current circumstances, our customer support team are working through an increased number of phone calls and emails. Considering the situation, we have increased the size of our customer service team and we are working extremely hard to respond to every single enquiry in a timely fashion.

Question Answer
Why has my email or telephone call not been answered? With many colleagues working remotely and an increased number of calls and emails, it’s taking longer than usual for us to reply. Given the government’s guidance on key workers we’re prioritising requests where possible. Thank you for your understanding.
I’ve ordered a bike why have I not received it? Most bikes are being delivered in 10 – 15 working days from order. Please make every effort to avoid contacting us to chase your order until those 10 – 15 days have passed.
How will I know that my bike has been dispatched? When your bike has been fully built and it’s on its way to you, we’ll send you an order confirmation email in which you’ll find details of how to track your order.
I’ve ordered a bike and some accessories. My accessories have arrived, but my bike has not. We ship bikes and accessories separately so they will arrive at different times. Please be aware that some accessories may also arrive separately.
I'd like to return a order but my DPD collection/return point is closed, what can I do? We are extending our exchange and returns policy to 90 days until further notice. This will be available on products bought in-store and online on or after 24th February 2020. We are accepting returns via Royal Mail.
