In 1946, Gaston Lapierre started manufacturing bicycles from a small factory in Dijon, France. Since these rather humble beginnings, Lapierre have since produced bikes that have graced the highest heights in cycling. Celebrating their 70th anniversary in 2016, Lapierre continue to produce some of the best road, mountain, hybrid and electric bikes on the market today.
Zesty and Spicy MTB platforms enjoy a cult following thanks to a grin-enducing ride feel and continued development from downhill legend Nicolas Vouilloz. On the road, a long association with French professional World Tour stalwarts, Groupama FDJ has meant the Xelius and Aircode have been ridden to big wins on the biggest of stages.
