ABOUT

Mondraker

Despite only being founded in 2001, Mondraker has quickly risen to the top of the downhill and enduro mountain bike game. The brand with Spanish roots is known for bikes with out-of-the-box design, distinctive looks and cutting edge technology. Debuted in 2012, Mondraker’s forward geometry technology – frames with a longer reach/top tube and a short stem – delivers riding confidence downhill, precision uphill, as well as stability over rough and technical terrain. The rest of the bike industry quickly sat up, took notice and followed.

Mondraker Foxy Alloy

Built for leathering downhill, a competent enduro or all-mountain bike shouldn’t leave you labouring on uphill sections. That’s where Mondraker’s Foxy platform comes in. Featuring their infamous forward geometry for that sure-footed feeling over technical terrain, all Foxy frames feature Mondraker’s Zero Suspension system too, promising the ability to soak up the big hits whilst keeping the rear wheel grounded. This alloy version of the Foxy features Fox suspension, Shimano brakes and a 12-speed drivetrain from SRAM.

For the latest iteration of the Foxy carbon, Mondraker ripped up their lauded 2019 design and started afresh. This new model promises tacit traction when the trail tips up and that can’t wipe the smile off your face downhill feeling. Ultimately, it’s Mondraker’s most multi-purpose mountain bike. The carbon frame’s angles are something to behold and alongside that flaming red colour scheme, well…

Mondraker Chrono

The entry-level bike in Mondraker’s XC range, the Chrono, takes inspiration from their higher-end cross country bikes. Using their Stealth Alloy technology, Mondraker can produce a frame with the lowest possible weight, comforting to know when you’re toiling up some switchbacks. Available in rowdy orange, or a more restrained black, the standard Chrono runs Shimano hydraulic brakes, SRAM SX Eagle gearing and a RockShox 30 Silver TK fork.

Introducing Mondraker’s electric mountain bike line up. The Level, a long travel super enduro bike, the Crafty, Crafty Carbon and Dusk enduro bikes and the trail e-MTB options: Chaser, Prime and Thundra. Launched to much acclaim in late 2019, the Mondraker Crafty Carbon promises to usher in the next generation of e-enduro mountain bikes. The range-topping model dips under the 20kg mark, very impressive considering it uses Bosch’s larger 625wh battery.
